The best Thai food in Kona!

Easy access location on Ali'i Drive. We live here and have tried most of the Thai places in the area but always come back to Kona Taeng-On Thai. It's our favorite resturant, period. Simple, airy ambience, (great for people watching); fantastic food; fast, friendly service. Can't be beat. Their sweet and sour coconut soup is to die for and the Spicy Mint Noodle is our fave. For convenience, a second location (Taeng-On Thai 2) is located in the KTA shopping center. Same great food, though we still prefer the Ali'i Drive establishment . If you love Thai food, don't miss it!
